Responsibilities include:
- Managing the collection process for key customer accounts
- Ensuring compliance with established repayment protocols
- Maintaining effective communication and relationship management with key customers
- Following up on collections and resolving any issues that may arise
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing cash flow and ensuring timely payments
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any outstanding issues
