Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Business Machines Pvt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange, End devices, VPN, VOIP, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange, End devices, VPN, VOIP, and SharePoint.

• Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person.

• Research and resolve technical questions using available information resources.

• Redirect problems to the correct resource when necessary.

• Escalate complex incidents to upstream technical groups.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of various devices, operating systems, COTS, VPNs, VOIP, and Peripheral Devices.

• Good communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and provide output in different situations.

• Good problem-solving skills and customer handling skills.
