Key Role

The Property Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating potential locations for Retail Stores and Dark Stores within the target city.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process of Leave & License and Lease Agreements for all selected commercial properties, ensuring seamless management from start to finish.
  • Ensure that all legal, compliance, and operational terms are meticulously reviewed, negotiated, and finalized as per company policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong networks with local commercial property consultants and brokers to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage local expertise to identify on- and off-market opportunities for high-potential properties that align with business objectives.
  • Lead all commercial negotiations with landlords, builders, and developers to secure favorable terms for leasing, ultimately driving ROI.
  • Drive discussions on rental rates, lock-in periods, maintenance, rent-free periods, and fit-out allowances to optimize return on investment.
