Job Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage administrative tasks and basic accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office, capable of handling follow-ups and coordination, and have a strong understanding of organizational principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting entries, billing, and record maintenance with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and manage invoices, payment receipts, and petty cash transactions with precision
- Follow up with clients and vendors for pending payments to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain day-to-day administrative operations including filing, documentation, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism
- Work on MS Word and Excel to prepare reports and maintain data with attention to detail
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth backend support and seamless communication
- Handle phone calls, email communications, and vendor coordination as needed with a positive and courteous attitude
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Admin Accounts role with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication with excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Should be well-organized, dependable, and eager to learn with a growth mindset
