Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Office Associate/Admin Executive to manage daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations at the workplace.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk and basic office administration.
  • Handle incoming calls, couriers, parcels, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist HR and management with day-to-day tasks.
  • Support scheduling of meetings and coordination between teams.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of admin experience.
  • Any graduate or diploma holder.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
