Job Title: Facility Operations Manager
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging for regular preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as scheduling cleaning services to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Coordinating with security guards, receptionists, and tea attendants to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
- Overseeing staff and vendors, promoting excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to boost client satisfaction.
- Maintaining CCTV systems and reviewing logs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring visitor access is managed effectively, including maintaining visitor records and filing work on a regular basis.
- Providing backup receptionist support as needed.
Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, clients, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
