Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

 

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging for regular preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as scheduling cleaning services to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Coordinating with security guards, receptionists, and tea attendants to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
  • Overseeing staff and vendors, promoting excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to boost client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining CCTV systems and reviewing logs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring visitor access is managed effectively, including maintaining visitor records and filing work on a regular basis.
  • Providing backup receptionist support as needed.
