  • Data Strategy Develop and implement data strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Analytics Create analytical models and reports to provide business insights.
  • Collaboration Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders from internal and external departments.
  • Project Management Plan and execute BI projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Performance Tracking Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate business strategies.
  • Compliance Ensure data security and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key skills required:

  • Analytical Skills Analyze complex data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency Use BI tools such as Power BI and demonstrate knowledge of Macro.
  • Project Management Plan and execute projects efficiently.
  • Communication Convey insights effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking Align data strategies with organizational goals.
  • Problem-Solving Address data challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Compliance Knowledge Maintain data security and regulatory compliance.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Education Bachelor's degree (any stream), MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, preferably in the life insurance sector.
