PROS CPQ Specialist Job

We are looking for an experienced PROS CPQ specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This is a key role that requires expertise in the setup and configuration of PROS Control & Guidance and Smart CPQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and be able to translate them into functional configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with PROS Control & Guidance and Smart CPQ.
  • Must have PROS Analytics and Pricing 301 certifications.
  • Nice to have: 3 years' experience in SAP ECC/S4 Sales and Distribution – Pricing requirements and formula routines.
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Oracle/PLSQL, XML, HTML, and Java.

Responsibilities:
  1. Determine Business Requirements
  • Meet with business users, management, and other cross-functional teams to understand defined business requirements.
  • Document the functional business requirements in a requirements document.
Design PROS and ERP-based Business Systems
  • Lead blueprinting sessions with external vendors and global cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate solutions to business requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
Support PROS Configurations
  • Translate business requirements into configuration with help from other team members and consultants.
  • Document the configuration required if complex or unique.
Help Prepare Development Specifications
  • Document the required functionality, input, and output for ABAP/CDS views/PROS Control & Guidance/PROS Smart CPQ.
  • Provide oversight to offshore developers to ensure requirements are understood.
