JD Edwards S&D Specialist Job Opportunity

As a seasoned JD Edwards S&D specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operation of our Sales & Distribution module. Your extensive knowledge and techno-functional skills will enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module, as well as expertise in supporting interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay and Labelling solutions, Oracle APS etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on knowledge transfer and support-related activities.
  • Offer second-level support for resolution of service requests and system defects.
  • Lead the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects, collaborating closely with the development and CNC admin teams.
  • Review and approve root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation prepared by analysts.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support analysts, enhancing their ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Interact with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Responsible for resolving all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through the Help desk.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module.
  • Strong techno-functional skills to support complex issues.
  • Ability to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
