Job Summary:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • Create compelling job descriptions, evaluate resumes, conduct HR interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring teams.
  • Negotiate salaries, manage offer roll-outs, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Manage recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
  • Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline development for critical positions.
  • Handle mid- and senior-level recruitment, including PCG roles.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Possess an MBA or graduate degree and 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Have prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment.
  • Be knowledgeable about equity market hiring.
  • Be proficient in English, Kannada (compulsory), and Hindi (preferred).
  • Have hands-on experience with Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Excel in communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
