
Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
- Create compelling job descriptions, evaluate resumes, conduct HR interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring teams.
- Negotiate salaries, manage offer roll-outs, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Manage recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
- Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline development for critical positions.
- Handle mid- and senior-level recruitment, including PCG roles.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Possess an MBA or graduate degree and 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
- Have prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment.
- Be knowledgeable about equity market hiring.
- Be proficient in English, Kannada (compulsory), and Hindi (preferred).
- Have hands-on experience with Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Excel in communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
