About this role
Job OverviewWe seek an accomplished Sales & Marketing Professional to drive business growth through sales and marketing of aluminium extrusion products.
The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market share by achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and marketing of aluminium extrusion products
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across OEMs, Builders, Architects, and Automotive sectors
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with management approval
- Expand market share and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly
- Support sales strategy, reporting, and market analysis
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of proven experience in sales & marketing within the aluminium extrusion industry
- Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, applications, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
- Ability to travel extensively as required
