Aluminium Billet Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales leader to oversee the product sales of aluminium billets. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyse market trends and customer needs, and build strong relationships with regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in international markets.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to formulate business strategies.
- Manage existing customers, build relationships with regional teams, and explore new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- A minimum graduate degree (engineering or business preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in the aluminium industry, preferably managing aluminium billet sales.
- Exceptional business development and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
