Job Title: Identity Governance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance Specialist to design, implement, and manage identity governance solutions. As part of our team, you will work closely with other teams to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the overall security of digital identities.

  • Design and implement identity governance solutions: including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
  • Integrate identity governance with other enterprise systems and third-party applications: for automated Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues:
  • Implement and manage on-prem Active Directory:
  • Automate provisioning processes for staff and contractors:
  • Deploy ENTRA on-prem agent: to integrate with on-prem applications.
  • Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices:
  • Provide technical guidance and training: to clients and internal teams.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices: for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and on-prem Active Directory implementation and management:
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles:
  • Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO:
  • Hands-on experience with ENTRA provisioning process:
  • Knowledge of protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect:
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications: e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
