AI Governance Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a specialized role responsible for the oversight and management of Artificial Intelligence tools. As an AI Governance Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the secure, efficient, and effective deployment of AI applications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to govern AI tool usage, including data privacy controls and compliance reporting.
  • Configure and manage data governance frameworks to prevent sensitive data from being trained on or used by AI models.
  • Implement robust security measures, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the reliability and integrity of AI applications.
  • Monitor and analyze model performance, producing regular reports for stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge bases to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of AI tools and technologies, including OpenAI.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
