Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned IT Governance, Risk & Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management principles and associated methodologies, with a strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, and COBIT.

About the Role

  • This role is responsible for implementing GRC systems for customers related to policy compliance, security requirements governance, and risk management.
  • The successful candidate will be an integral member of the GRC Implementation team, working closely with clients to develop and implement client initiatives focused on reducing technology risk, governance, and compliance to policies and external regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business and IT risks to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Developing and participating in the implementation of IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks.
  • Improving client security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and the continuous evolution of capabilities.
  • Supporting senior team members in the delivery of work streams for clients in compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO27001, EU GDPR, and Bahrain PDPL.
  • Performing and investigating internal and external information security risk and exception assessments.
  • Documenting and reporting control failures and gaps to stakeholders, providing remediation guidance and preparing management reports to track remediation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, and COBIT standards preferred.
  • Experience with risk management principles and associated methodologies.
  • Ideally will have a CEH, CISSP, CISA, or CISM qualification.
