IT Governance and Compliance Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective IT governance and compliance strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT governance frameworks and standards.
- Lead the implementation of risk-based compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Provide expertise and guidance on governance and compliance matters.
- Develop and operationalize metrics and reporting activities to track compliance progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance and compliance.
- Proficiency in GRC tools and technology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
