Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our Sales, Marketing, and Support teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in quality management, with expertise in CRM, team leadership, and analytical skills. A strong background in EdTech or Healthcare is a plus.

This role requires the ability to design, implement, and maintain quality frameworks, conduct regular call audits, and develop training programs for large teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce quality standards across sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with IT and operations to optimize Zoho CRM workflows and ensure data hygiene.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in quality oversight, SOP development, and large-scale training delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in quality management roles supporting multiple customer-facing teams.
  • Strong CRM expertise, preferably with Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Excel and dashboard tools.
