Project Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of luxury projects, ensuring every home is delivered to world-class standards of luxury, on time and without compromise.

  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, from design integration to construction and interiors.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.
