Lead Visual Director

The Lead Visual Director will spearhead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. This role involves crafting and executing a compelling visual presence across all customer touchpoints, ensuring clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Creative Director to take charge of shaping the visual identity of our brand and overseeing its implementation across all content formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the visual direction: Set the tone for photography and graphic design teams by establishing clear guidelines and vision.
  • Direct photography efforts: Develop shot lists and briefs that align with the brand's aesthetic and showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Design: Bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
  • Review and quality-check content: Ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.
  • Oversee creative execution: Partner with Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
  • Optimize visuals and content: Use performance data and competitive analysis to improve conversion rate.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in the luxury category or Amazon. A deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content, is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion supported by creative partners.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.
