The role of Sales Technology Manager at Azentio Software involves driving operational excellence across the GTM Org. This includes maintaining and enhancing the current CRM/advise, evaluating sales enablement tools, and measuring and optimizing sales productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all aspects of the GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, provisioning, administration, system updates, and integration.
  • Ensuring seamless functionality and data flow between platforms, aligning with sales and customer success processes.
  • Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to define system requirements, reporting capabilities, and analytics needs.
  • Partnering with Sales enablement and training teams to ensure effective user adoption and tool usage across sales/customer success teams.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives to improve GTM operations, enhancing sales productivity and process efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales technology/Sales Operations within a B2B technology or services environment.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of GTM Tech Stack spread across CRM/Prospecting/Contact enrichment/Enablement solutions.
  • Proficiency in design/administration/integration and maintenance of the complete GTM Tech stack end-to-end.

Salary: ₹20-40 LPA (Estimated), depending on experience and qualifications.
