Key Responsibilities
  • As the primary point of contact for US clients, you will leverage exceptional communication skills to provide prompt and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining a positive experience through professionalism, active listening, and clear communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback, fostering strong relationships and staying attuned to client needs.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution, meeting performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, coupled with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, ideally with a focus on US clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace is required, as well as flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in US time zones is also expected.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in BPO, IT, SaaS, or US-based client support roles is advantageous, as is knowledge of customer success practices and client retention strategies.
