Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment and ensure smooth core operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Tech Hiring & Recruitment:
- Talent Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and understand technical requirements.
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers and product managers.
- Recruitment Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top tech talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- HR Operations:
- Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
- Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS with high accuracy.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably with tech recruitment exposure.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
