We're on a mission to make global payments simpler, faster, and more inclusive. As we expand, we're looking for a skilled Network Marketer who can create and activate strong grassroots networks to grow our user base and community across key markets. The Network Marketer will be responsible for driving grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups. This includes building and growing network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Grow Network-Based Marketing Channels: Develop referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Drive Grassroots Adoption Campaigns: Leverage communities, associations, and local groups to promote our services and increase adoption.
  • Develop Reward-Based Marketing Strategies: Design incentive structures to encourage referrals and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Identify and Onboard Network Leaders: Recruit and collaborate with micro-influencers, community ambassadors, and industry thought leaders to amplify our reach.
  • Track and Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize our growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in Network Marketing: 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs.
  • Strong Connections: Established connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities.
  • Performance Metrics Knowledge: Understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROI on referral campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to persuade, influence, and build strong relationships.
