Performance Marketing Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert to drive scalable revenue growth for ambitious e-commerce brands. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective Facebook ad campaigns that drive website traffic and increase conversions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, a proven track record of driving conversions, and a strong analytical mindset. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimise results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Requirements
  1. 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads.
  2. Proven track record of driving conversions & scaling e-com brands.
  3. Strong analytical skills — you live and breathe data.
