We are looking for a full-time, remote Creative Digital Content Specialist to join our growing digital media team at Digital Echo. This role is perfect for someone who loves video editing, creating engaging social content, and managing digital publications across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Storytelling

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging YouTube content.
• Trim, cut, and arrange clips for smooth storytelling and natural flow.
• Enhance audio (noise removal, balancing, music overlays).
• Apply color correction and grading for visual consistency.
• Insert branded intros, outros, lower-thirds, and graphics.
• Repurpose long videos into viral Shorts, Reels, and TikToks.

Motion Graphics & Visual Design

• Add motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects where needed.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and social media graphics (Photoshop/Canva).
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all assets.

Publishing & Platform Management

• Upload and schedule videos in YouTube Studio.
• Publish podcasts on Buzzsprout (or similar platforms).
• Convert video transcripts into SEO-friendly blog posts using WordPress.
• Schedule posts across social media platforms.

Content Trends & Growth

• Stay updated on YouTube trends, editing styles, and audience preferences.
• Suggest creative ideas for boosting watch time and engagement.
• Collaborate on campaigns, funnels, and audience engagement strategies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in video editing (Filmora, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Experience with motion graphics and text animations.
• Strong design skills (Photoshop/Canva).
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, WordPress, Buzzsprout, .
• Understanding of social media formats (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
• Strong English communication skills (for titles, captions, and descriptions).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

• Schedule: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. IST (fixed hours, Monday–Friday )
