  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Lending, Insurance, and Mutual Fund products.",
  • Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.",
  • Lead SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, affiliate channels, and social media strategy to build brand visibility and lead generation.",
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition (CAC) and ROI.",
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.",
  • Manage external agencies and marketing partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.",
  • Stay updated with fintech marketing trends, regulatory norms, and competitive landscape in financial services.",

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in financial services (NBFC, banks, insurance, mutual funds, fintech).",
  • A proven track record of driving customer acquisition and growth in BFSI.",
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, performance metrics, and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).",
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.",
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver results under tight timelines.",
