Job Title: Export Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with USA staff and handling import/export-related works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients in the USA.
  • Import/Export Works: Handle all import/export-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Shipping Line Coordination: Follow up with shipping lines to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Web-Based Software Entries: Manage web-based software entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Work flexible hours to meet business needs.
  • Support to USA Staff: Provide support to USA staff as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Web-Based Software: Proficient in using web-based software.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • MS Office and Internet: Hands-on experience with MS Office and internet applications.
