About the Role:
  • Responsibilities include managing GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensuring timely submissions.
  • The ideal candidate will handle GST audits and stay updated with changes in GST laws.
  • Export documentation, such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists, will need to be prepared and maintained.
  • Coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments is essential.
  • Foreign inward remittances require clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and compliance with FOREX regulations.
  • Accurate reports on export sales must be provided to senior management by reconciling related accounts.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation are necessary.
  • Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software is expected.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills are crucial.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency is required.
  • Experience in the automotive or export industry is an added advantage.
