Automotive Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer inquiries and providing exceptional support across multiple channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Automotive repair, parts, and component knowledge is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork skills and adaptability to various customer personalities are essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
