Global Supply Chain Manager

This role entails spearheading the development and execution of SCM strategies across assigned geographical areas. The primary objective is to achieve operational and financial targets established by key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end export shipments for ocean FCL and air modes.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of export shipments, encompassing container planning, booking, trailer placement, stuffing plans, export documentation, RFID sealing, customs clearance, and container inward at port without DND charges.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers and shipping lines to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely shipping documentation, guaranteeing 100% accuracy in export shipments.
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize routing and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal departments (procurement, planning, finance, etc.) to synchronize shipping timelines and documentation requirements for domestics intra company movement.
  • Prepare and submit required MIS/DSR reports to stakeholders on a fixed schedule without errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
  • SCM background with a thorough understanding of international supply chains.
  • Minimum 9 years of work experience from operational roles in the logistic industry.
