Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented facilities professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office infrastructure, vendors, compliance, and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in facilities management with a strong background in utilities, IT infrastructure, vendors, and housekeeping. They will be responsible for managing electricity, DG, UPS, water, AC, ventilation, internet, CCTV, printers, fire safety, and other office utilities.

The successful candidate will also oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, stationery, front desk, security, and visitor management. Additionally, they will manage personnel and access including onboarding new joiners, tracking attendance, and maintaining exit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
