Job Description:

We offer a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Principal Consultant to lead our Quality Assurance efforts on our Trading Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and stability of our systems across various environments.

  • QA Lead: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and QA teams to drive and implement testing strategies, identify risks, and provide valuable insights into platform improvements.
  • Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Endur (or similar trading platforms) to identify potential risks, assess system behavior, and ensure that critical trading workflows are functioning correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA within trading or financial platforms, with a focus on testing complex trading systems.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or similar trading platforms, with a solid understanding of trading workflows, financial products, and market data in relation to trading platforms.
  • Skills: Experience in functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing within a complex trading environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
