Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA professional to lead and mentor our QA team, defining quality standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent communication skills, and experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and BrowserStack.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, automation, and building scalable processes. If you have experience with test automation, Agile methodologies, and leading teams, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team, designing and implementing test automation strategies, establishing and maintaining quality processes, collaborating with product and development teams, and driving continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the development team to integrate quality into every stage of development, manage test environments, and coordinate testing activities across platforms. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices
  2. Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  3. Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)
  4. Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  5. Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
  6. Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
  7. Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting
