Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales CRM Platform Lead to spearhead User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales CRM Platform Microsoft D365 and Sales systems.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sales CRM workflows, strong technical knowledge of Microsoft D365, and experience in leading cross-functional testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UAT Strategy & Planning: Define UAT scope objectives and success criteria aligned with Sales CRM business requirements.
  • Test Case Management: Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements ensuring coverage of critical Sales CRM processes such as lead management opportunity tracking quote generation and Sales CRM integrations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies.
  • Defect Management: Track analyze and escalate defects collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft D365
  • Experience in Sales CRM and Sales platform testing
