Job Title: Test Engineer

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for customer data implementations.
  • The ideal candidate will validate the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data across various systems.
  • This includes conducting end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.
  • The successful candidate will perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
  • They will work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.
  • The role requires testing API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Maintaining compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards is essential during test execution and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A strong understanding of Dataverse, its schema, and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform is required.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems, such as CDPs, email platforms, and analytics tools, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with D365 CRM, particularly the Customer Service module, from a QA perspective is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using tools for API testing, test case management, and defect tracking, such as Postman and Azure DevOps, is expected.
