L1 Technical Support Specialist

At Excis Compliance ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled L1 System Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts
- Provide fault analysis to customers for various core operating systems and platforms
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support
- Working technical knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with OSX, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and antivirus products
- Ability to utilize provided knowledge articles to resolve issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
