Job Title: L1 System Support Engineer

At Excis Compliance ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled L1 System Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts
  • Provide fault analysis to customers for various core operating systems and platforms
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support
  • Working technical knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with OSX, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and antivirus products
  • Ability to utilize provided knowledge articles to resolve issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
