Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support to customers through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 technical support for reported problems through various communication channels.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure.
  • Participate in a supportive role to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • Good communication and comprehension skills.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts with 24x7 support window.
