Job Summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization & resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email & Chat.

About the Role

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications.
