About Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive issue closure and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert-level support to customers.
  • Work closely with product teams to enhance product quality and growth direction by wearing the customer hat.
  • Scale as an individual contributor quickly and take ownership of your work.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a team player.
  • Maintenance and contribution to the knowledge base by creating documents for new issues faced.
  • Strive for automation by coding or leading and influencing developers to build systems that are easy to run in production.
Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
