Lead Technical Expert

In our pursuit of innovation, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Technical Expert to oversee and guide our development team.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as proven leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem-solving.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:

- Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)

- SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)

- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

- System integration with SAP or enterprise applications

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Cloud platforms (SAP BTP).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
