  • Conceptualize and apply AEM-based enterprise content solutions
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations and optimize AEM solutions
  • Develop unbiased product innovations
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies
  • Work on Springboot applications and AWS, handling CI/CD pipelines
  • Conduct code reviews and employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
  • Use REST APIs or GraphQL to load material
  • Mentor team members and participate in pair programming and extreme programming
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in Java and AEM knowledge (Front end knowledge is preferred)
  • Strong experience as a senior front end developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations
  • A solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems, and ability to integrate AEM with third-party services
  • Front-end skills, along with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS, will be a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity, and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Embrace learning new technologies quickly
