Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Execution Manager to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for developing and communicating product area vision, priorities, and strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and evolve product area vision, priorities, and strategy
  • Collaborate with product manager on overall product intention map
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators
  • Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Engage in industry, technology, and customer ecosystem research and discovery
  • Owning prioritization of clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals
  • Coordinate with other product owners in service of customer experience
  • Define and refine user stories, including business readiness stories
  • Maintain healthy backlog of items linked appropriately
  • Accepting user stories after they have met acceptance criteria and definition of done
  • Participating in all product area events
  • Identifying and resolving sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas
  • Inspiring and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
