Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Release Management Capability Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our release management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to ensure effective release management processes are in place, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of technology initiatives
  • Oversight and planning of releases across technology projects/products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality milestones

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in life science, pharmaceutical, technology, or data science preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including direct experience with release management in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs
  • Strong understanding of drug development process and international drug registration and approval
  • Hands-on experience in technology process requirements and quality assurance/compliance

  • Clinical trials, cross-functional teams, detail-oriented, drug development, lifesciences, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, regulatory compliance, risk management
