Product Vision and Strategy Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Product Vision and Strategy Lead to join our organization. This individual will play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure effective Scrum Product Ownership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively handling and resolving queries related to issues faced by them.
  • Apply strong Capital Market Knowledge to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and product features.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis, validation, and decision-making support related to product features and issues.
  • Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and understanding by the Scrum team.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, stakeholders, and the development team to gather detailed requirements and ensure clarity.
  • Contribute to the product vision and strategy, communicating it clearly to the Scrum team and stakeholders.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure quality standards and user expectations are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience playing the role of a Product Owner in a Scrum set-up.
  • Experience in handling queries raised by other stakeholders related to issues.
  • Strong Capital Market Knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
