Job Description

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to drive sales initiatives and achieve different sales goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Work closely with key clients in the region to ensure strong & sustainable growth in each account.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:

B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Chemical; MBA is an added advantage. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer benefits including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth.
