SuccessFactors EC Specialist

The position entails leveraging extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to optimize HR and payroll processes for global organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to meet business requirements.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for users.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using middleware technologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes, payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools.
  • Understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and its migration to SuccessFactors ECP.
