Job Overview

This leadership role is responsible for driving the development, design and optimization of IT systems that support business processes and technical information systems platforms.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management.
  • Protecting company data, tools and information systems by ensuring infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving objective-based assignments and determining resources needed to meet goals.
  • Guiding a team and being responsible for results, including methods, and staffing.
  • Managing coordination of activities for a discipline or department.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams and acting as consultant to stakeholders in project concept development.
  • Developing and managing core project management deliverables.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proven interpersonal and change management skills.
  • Strong business acumen to recommend optimal solutions to complex business problems.

Experience/Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, with 1-3 years of Management experience.
