We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in developing, designing and optimizing information technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing, selecting and modifying enterprise systems, application software, network hardware and database management.

As a senior leader, you will provide direction for protecting company data, tools and information systems. You will also ensure that infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of services to user groups and ensuring IT service is uninterrupted. A focus on internal IT service delivery for employees is expected, but external client focus may also be involved with company-hosted, web-enabled or outsourced solutions delivery.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to receive objective-based assignments, determine resources needed to meet goals and deliver tactical results, and provide guidance to subordinates within established company policies.

The successful candidate will work on assignments of diverse scope where problem solving requires the analysis of data and relevant factors. They will interact frequently with subordinate supervisors, customers and functional peer group professionals, and lead cooperative efforts with stakeholders outside their area of expertise.

A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, math or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of related experience and 1-3 years of management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms.
  • Determines resources needed to meet goals and deliver tactical results, and provides guidance to subordinates within established company policies.
  • Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
  • Works on assignments of diverse scope where problem solving requires the analysis of data and relevant factors.
  • Leads cooperative efforts with stakeholders outside own area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity and experience with HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems and processes (e.g., HCM & applicant tracking systems, recruiting, sourcing & pre-screening, onboarding, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively with HR leadership & stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, prioritization, and successful project delivery.
  • Utilizing proven interpersonal and change management skills, overcome resistance to new processes and technologies.
  • Strong business acumen to recommend optimal solutions to complex business problems by critically evaluating and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true business needs.
