CTRM System Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the optimization and integration of CTRM systems.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of CTRM systems, aligning business requirements with system functionalities.
  • Manage the entire trade lifecycle, from capture and validation to confirmation, logistics/scheduling, risk exposure calculation, settlement, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support key risk management activities, including mark-to-market valuations, daily P&L reporting and reconciliation, market and credit risk exposure analysis, hedge effectiveness tracking, and configure CTRM systems to meet commodity-specific requirements (Energy, Metals, Agriculture, Softs, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate integration of market data feeds for pricing and risk analytics, collaborate on logistics and scheduling modules, assist with settlement processes such as invoicing, payment matching, and accruals, work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements, interface integrations, and data migration, conduct various types of system testing and document results.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CTRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of commodity trading processes and risk management principles.
  • Experience with data integration, trade lifecycle management, and system configuration.
  • Familiarity with market data providers and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
