- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and updates in consumer electronics products.
- Train teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning to enhance customer interaction quality.
- Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales leadership to align training programs with business goals.
- Provide tools and strategies to improve sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure accurate and consistent training content.

- Maintain detailed training records, attendance sheets, and performance evaluations.
